If you love wine from Tuscany, you’re in for a treat with Mendoza. This Argentine region, and my birthplace, is renowned for its bold Malbecs and mouth-watering grilled steaks. Mendoza is a must-visit for anyone planning a trip to South America. I have family here (from Italy of course) so coming here is typically a family affair. Still, tourist friends of mine have stayed at some wonderful places and the quality of their wines, food and hospitality is now rated among the best in the world, with no less than three Michelin star restaurants.
