Miami’s culinary scene is sizzling with the latest additions to its vibrant restaurant landscape. Dive into the newest hotspots: Club de Ville (Sunset Harbor), Salty Flame (Brickell), Pamplemousse on the Bay (South Beach), and El Club de la Milanesa (Midtown). Get ready for a taste adventure like no other!

Salty Flame (Brickell) Brickell’s Salty Flame is a contemporary Asian-inspired steakhouse that blends bistro and street fare Asian dishes with classic steaks. The menu offers a variety of delicious options for food lovers. Some of the choices include Korean Fried Chicken, Steamed Striped Bass, and sushi rolls like the Salmon Avocado Roll. Not to mention their premium steaks, including filet mignon and Japanese A-5 Wagyu strip loin.

With a lively atmosphere, a DJ booth, and a state-of-the-art sound system, it’s the place to be. Don’t miss DJ Nayla Scozzesi of Boho fame on Thursday nights!

Casa Neos The French founders of Mila are at it again with Casa Neos. This time, they brought a chef from Cannes, France to recreate a little of that Mediterranean magic. And, he nailed it. The food has all the usual Mediterranean staples like Branzino, Hummus, Octopus, and Tzatziki, but with a twist. Fusion is all the rage in Miami. First it was Asian Fusion. Now it’s Mediterranean Fusion.

We had Truffle Hamachi Maki, my favorite, and Madai Crudo (a little spicy). We then had the Branzino with the crispy poteatoes and they didn’t disappoint.

And, check out the ambiance. You can’t beat it. Indoor/outdoors space with a zen/Tulum like feel. They’re opening a lounge upstairs and another restaurant later this year/early next. Overall, the building will house two great restaurants, a private lounge for Mila VIP members, and a mini hotel. Sign me up!!
