Alternatively, you can travel by car. The drive from Cartagena to Barú takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. You can either rent a car or hire a private driver for the journey. The road takes you through picturesque landscapes and across the Rosario Islands, eventually bringing you to the tranquil shores of Barú.
